InvisibleFence switching device to a new necklace?
My Labrador broke the snap in his neck and wondered if InvisibleFence anyone know how to remove the device in order to put a new collar? I looked at the website of the company and has nothing listed and I can not make someone on-line customer service. Thanks ANF Fiji before me:)
Watch the teeth. You will see what appears to be a place to put a small key at the base of each tooth. Find a key or a small pair of pliers to unscrew each tooth. Save the black rubber gasket that fits between the teeth and neck. Take your new collar and place against the previous one. Mark where the holes are in the neck again and will have to either make a cut on his neck again or find a way to make a hole for then you can insert the device into the holes. All Line up, and screw the teeth in place. Your done! Add: Oh thats a good idea to drill new holes in the neck again! Add: Hello! Lol your car Cori girl! Nice to see you too!
